Need to stretch your food budget? Many CAP Tulsa families also qualify for SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program). Apply for SNAP in 30 minutes or less.

Hunger Free Oklahoma includes a lot of information about available food resources, changes to nutritional programs, and how to apply for SNAP and WIC.

WIC provides nutritious foods to supplement the diets of women, infants, and children. WIC foods are specifically chosen to provide the nutrients you and your children need. As a WIC participant, you will also receive information about additional programs that can contribute to your and your family’s overall health.

The Tulsa Public Schools Summer Cafe provides breakfast and lunch meals free of charge to all children under age 18 all summer long, June 1st-August 15th.

Hunger Free Oklahoma understands the challenges you might be facing after the recent storm. If you currently have SNAP benefits but lost all your food due to the 6/17/23 storms, you can request replacement SNAP benefits.
