    June 2024 – The Tulsa School Experiences and Early Development (SEED) Study examined the impacts of public preschool participation on children growing up in families with low incomes in Tulsa. CAP Tulsa and Educare boost students’ academic skills and executive functioning through 3rd grade.

    A Global Call for Two-Generation Approaches to Child Development and Caregivers' Livelihoods

    May 2024 - After two years, parents in CAP Tulsa's English as a Second Language (ESL) program reported higher levels of English writing skills and self-esteem and less language brokering and material hardship. Additionally, parents' enrollment in the ESL program did not interfere with gains their children were making in the early childhood program.

    September 2022 — A study of 4,033 Tulsa students who entered kindergarten in the fall of 2006 shows that students who participated in the school district’s pre-K program in 2005-06 are much more likely to be in college today.
