Pay Transparency

As a large non-profit employer, CAP Tulsa strives to provide highly competitive benefits, generous amounts of paid time off, and has established a culture of inclusion and belonging. It is a source of pride that our minimum starting salary is more than double the state of Oklahoma’s minimum wage, classroom roles are at or above the market rate for public school positions in our area, and we offer competitive non-profit salaries for all positions within the agency.

As part of our compensation strategy, we provide pay transparency on starting salaries for all teaching positions as well as an average pay range for all non-teaching positions. The goal of pay transparency is to promote fairness, equity, and trust within an organization and to give job candidates a clear picture of the expected starting salaries or pay ranges for open positions.

Years and types of experience, as well as earned credentials or degrees will impact starting pay rate. For non-teaching positions, applicants can find the Pay Range Job Code on the Job Description of the open position they are applying for.
