Like all organizations, CAP Tulsa faces risks associated with fraud, abuse and other forms of misconduct. We are committed to establishing and maintaining a work environment of the highest ethical standards. As part of our Core Values, we are committed to honesty, integrity, and transparency relevant to our governance, finances, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Achievement of this goal requires the cooperation and assistance of every employee and volunteer at all levels of the agency.
We request the assistance of anyone who has a reasonable belief or suspicion about any improper transaction. For these circumstances, we’ve contracted with Fulcrum Financial Inquiry LLP (“Fulcrum”). Fulcrum is an independent third party accounting firm and provides an independent investigation and reports complaints appropriately to the agencies Finance Committee as needed
